Marsh Global Holdings (MGH) is a strategic equity group headquartered in Hong Kong, committed to building a portfolio of companies that offer customized operating solutions between China and the world. It owns two subsidiary corporations, William Marsh & Company (WMC) and Henry Group Industries (HGI, originally named as Henry Technologies Asia).

WMC was founded in 2006 in Hong Kong, China with a vision to build a world class supply chain company focused on the construction industry. The company' s current markets are mainly in the USA and Europe with some business now starting to grow in Asia.

From the beginning to 2010, as the First Stage of WMC' s development, it mainly focuses on consultancy and trading.

After 2010, WMC has continued to develop and now has a corporate office in Hong Kong; regional offices and the engineering center in Hangzhou, Marsh Engineering Co,. Ltd. (MEH); and then at the end of 2014 the assembly and processing center in Shaoxing, Marsh Engineering Co,. Ltd. (MES).

MEH is the assembly, engineering and supply chain center of WMC, which marked a key milestone of the Second Stage of WMC' s development. It shapes MEH operation into a stable and reliable partner to our customers Sloan, as many of you know, is the world' s leading manufacturer of water efficient solutions over a century.

HGI joins the MGH portfolio in 2016. For more than a hundred years, the Henry brand has been known for its dedication to quality and today is a growing and respected competitor in the $30 billion HVAC&R components category. Due to the business development, HGI officially took over the management of MES in the beginning of 2018 and change the company name to Henry Engineering Shaoxing Co., Ltd. (HES).

HES will expand the world-class integrated supply chain to the component of commercial refrigeration industry. Henry joins the MGH client portfolio, leveraging a century of experience and a reputation for excellence, to emerge as a serious global competitor in the HVAC&R industry. Working together, there exists between Marsh and Henry a new energy and strategic clarity.
