ZT-REN Manufacturing Company, located in Zhuhai High Tech Zone, is a WFOE of The Zippertubing Co. (USA), which was founded in 1957, and is located in Arizona. ?We have nearly 60 years of experience in R&D, manufacturing, and customer service. ?We are a leader in developing & manufacturing multifunctional cable equipment and wiring systems. ?We have manufacturing, R&D, and customer service centers in the USA, Germany, China, Switzerland, and Japan.
Our company in Germany, the Zipper-Technik GmbH, has been focusing on automotive applications for 50 years. ?We are the leader of customized thermal protection products in Europe. ?We accounted for around 70% of the requirement of related products from Volkswagen in Germany.
We are a tier-one supplier of VW group in China, and are ISO9001, IATF16949, and ISO14001 certified. ?We have advanced technology and experience in customized thermal protection area through sharing all raw material resources, technology, customer orders and customer service experience with our sister companies in Germany and the USA.

1. 公司操作工严格按照法定工资计算办法计算加班费。
2. 公司按照相关规定为员工签订合同和购买社保费。
3. 公司根据自身经营情况决定是否发放大约等于员工上一年度应收总工资的十二分之一的金额作为年终奖。
4. 公司操作工有各种生产和品质奖励政策及年资、住房和餐费补贴。
5. 目前操作工月度应收工资平均高于4000元。
