    湖北中天世纪工程技术有限公司（简称“中天世纪”，原名“武汉中天世纪建筑设计有限公司”）最早成立于1986年，2002年12月改制为有限责任公司，注册资本2000万元人民币，公司位于武汉东湖新技术开发区光谷大道。中天世纪是一家集项目策划、工程咨询、城市规划、建筑设计、市政设计、园林设计、岩土工程勘察、工程项目管理以及工程总承包为一体的综合性工程技术公司，具有建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级、市政行业（道路工程、桥梁工程、给水工程、排水工程）乙级、风景园林乙级、城市规划丙级、岩土工程勘察丙级、工程咨询丙级等设计资质；于2004年通过GB/T1900—ISO9001:2000质量体系认证；是国家认定的高新技术企业，是“武汉工程设计联盟”的核心成员。

    中天世纪拥有一支精诚团结的团队，现有职工130人，其中一级注册建筑师5人、一级注册结构工程师6人、注册设备工程师3人、注册咨询师3人、注册造价工程师3人。中天世纪拥有一批具有国际背景的技术骨干，带来创新的思维和国际的视野，与国际潮流同步，并基于对中国国情的了解，将高水准的专业知识和工作经验转化为符合国内市场需要的设计作品。公司成立的以来，已累计完成了800多项不同类型的建筑设计任务，总建筑面积超过2000万平方米，作品涵盖了教育、医疗、文化、会展、酒店、办公、商业中心、居住小区、城市规划、室内设计、景观设计、市政设计等多种类型。中天世纪曾获得中国交通企业管理协会优秀QC小组、湖北省勘察协会优秀QC小组等荣誉称号，设计作品荣获湖北省建筑工程优秀设计共3项、武汉市建筑工程优秀设计共9项，近年来一直保持武汉市建筑设计市场前10名的市场地位。

    中天世纪鼓励创新，致力于专业领域的探索，不断提升面对复杂问题能寻找多种解决方案的能力，力求能让综合实力和先进技术产生最现实的社会效益。公司于2007年10月开始独立开发“协同设计管理平台”软件，2009年12月软件开发完成并最终形成产品，现已取得7项计算机软件著作权登记证书，获得了中华人民共和国科技部创新基金支持和武汉市创新基金支持、武汉市政府贴息贷款、武汉市科技进步三等奖、武汉市优秀软件一等奖等，并获得了使用单位的一致好评。

    中天世纪倡导优良的企业文化，获得武汉市守合同重信用企业、武汉市勘察设计行业诚信单位、劳动关系和谐企业、东湖高新技术开发区2009年度职工篮球比赛第二名等多项荣誉称号。中天世纪的工会、党支部组织机构完善，工作卓有成效。

        Originally established in 1986, Hubei Zhongtian Century Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd ( referred to as “Zhongtian Century”, formerly known as “Wuhan Zhongtian Century Architecture Design Co.,Ltd”) was restructured into a limited liability company in December 2012 with a registered capital of 20 million RMB. It locates at Optical Valley Street, New Technology Development Zone, East Lake, Wuhan City. Zhongtian Century is a comprehensive engineering technology company that is concerned with the project planning, engineering consulting, city planning, architectural design, municipal design, landscape design, geotechnical engineering investigation, engineering project management and engineering general contracting. It has numerous design qualifications such as Construction Industry(construction design) Grade A Qualification, Municipal Industry(road engineering, bridge engineering, water supply engineering, drainage engineering) Grade B Qualification, Landscape Architecture Grade B Qualification, City Planning Grade C Qualification, Geotechnical Engineering Investigation Grade C Qualification and Engineering Consulting Grade C Qualification.
